To be honest, I never really thought the Democrats would win. But I didn't thought the Republicans would win so easily, either.
My heart goes to all of you open-minded, cosmopolitan Americans.

Yup. I guess this country will forever cling to it's Angelic-Puritanical roots. I need to move!

I'm still stunned. I want to think I somehow woke up in a "What If...?" or an Elsewhere comic. How could more people have voted for him this time than last time? How many horrible errors must he make before people say, "You know, he might not be the right guy for this job."

I saw a poll that said that the highest ranking concerns for Kerry voters was the economy and national security. Sounds good. But the highest ranking concerns for Bush voters was morality. "Morality" seems to translate to against abortion, against homosexuality, and the willingness to flaunt and impose one's Christianity.

Shocking!

People apparently love these all encompassing terms like "Morality" to cling to. I really would like to approach one of these voters and ask them "what exactly to you mean when you say 'morality' and in what context?", It's all horseshit.

I think I saw demographics from voting in Ohio and like 80% of voters considered themselves 'born again christians'. I'm scared!
