Prism Comics has an Agenda at WonderCon
by Charles "Zan" Christensen [Print-ready Version]
As you might know, Prism Comics will be making an appearance at WonderCon in San Francisco again this year. I'll be making my first appearance there as a professional, panelist, and volunteer, and I plan on shooting lots of pictures (and hopefully some video) at the show and keeping you, our valued readers, in the loop about the goings-on at the show.
Also, in the tradition of LGBT conventions past, I've compiled The Gay Agenda for the week, a great lineup of fun activities for LGBT comics creators and readers, both at the show and off-site. It should be a great starting point for anyone wanting to take in as much queer culture during the week of WonderCon as possible. (Not that in a city like San Francisco, taking in queer culture is that much of a challenge…) The Gay Agenda lists all the currently scheduled creator signings at the Prism Booth (#817), offsite readings and a mixer, and a bunch of panels with a LGBT participants and/or topics.
You can download The Gay Agenda, WonderCon 2008 Edition in glorious PDF by clicking here! See you at the show!
UPDATED on Sunday, Feb. 17 at 2:30pm to add new events on Saturday and Sunday.
Charles "Zan" Christensen is the writer and co-creator of the erotic thriller, The Mark of Aeacus. Zan was the Founding President of Prism Comics, and currently serves as Web Chair. He lives in sunny Seattle with his fiancé Steve and their two cats Noblet and Geoffrey.
Prism Comics promotes the works of the LGBT community in comics. It does not implicitly endorse any other material or products associated with those works. Any opinions expressed are those of the author(s).
