The Last Issue of Brian Andersen’s So Super Duper!
posted October 5th, 2012

Say it ain’t so!

Here’s a note we received from super-talented Brian Andersen with the sad news:

“Hiya Friends and Dear Ones!

Five years ago I debuted my first ever comic, So Super Duper #1, at San Francisco's Alternative Press Expo (APE). Next week APE is back (Oct 13th-14th) and I'm bringing my FINAL issue of So Super Duper", #12 with me to table 623 (sniff, sniff, so sad!). The comic will also be sold exclusively at "Whatever..." Comics in the Castro next Wed, then on the Prism Comics site soon after! It's been a magical run filled with lessons learned, friends made (and lost), and amazing opportunities that I'm forever grateful for!

In So Super Duper #12 learn the final fate of series star Psyche, marvel at the amazing art by Celina Hernandez, and enjoy a super radical back-up by noted comic creator and reviewer Francois Peneaud with beautiful artwork by up-and-coming artist Gustavo Aviles! Click here for a super fun 8-page preview for your pleasure.

Thank you everyone for all your support, kindness, time and (did I mention) support! And look out for the upcoming So Super Duper trade graphic novel collecting the entire series, issues 1-12!

Smooches, hugs, and love all around!

Brian”

Hats off to you, Brian, but we know there’s a lot more surprises and great work coming from you in the future.
