Bio: I am an artist/writer whose work has appeared in Gay Comics, Strip AIDS USA, and Meatmen. As a freelancer living in Minneapolis, I worked for a wide spectrum of clients – producing cartoons for the GLBT newspapers Equal Time and GAZE and the budding skater/punk rock magazine Your Flesh, to creating animatics and storyboards for the Department of Defense and its Armed Forces cable channel. I also worked on animation projects such as the title for Fox TV's Spider-Man.

I currently live in the southwestern USA, and write and draw Hearts & Iron™, a self-published comic book and strip following the continuing adventures of two iron-pumping dudes in love. Books can be purchased at heartsandironcomic.com and on my website of bodybuilding and strongman inspired art, jeffsmusclestudio.com.

Hearts & Iron #5 (the comic book) is now available in a digital version! Order all 5 issues of Hearts & Iron full length comic books in pdf form.

I also write and draw the strips Ursa Major: A Werebear’s Tale and Paul Bunyan. The three strips appear on both sites. Hearts & Iron and Ursa Major also run monthly in Desert Knight News.

I contributed a six page comic story called "Muscle Meeting" to Muscle Men, an erotic anthology, from Cleis Press.

I (and my comic) are profiled in the August 2009 issue of Compete, in an article entitled "This Comic Strip Stands Out."
