Bio: Steve Korte joined DC Comics in 1993 as an editor in the Licensed Publishing department. In 2004 he became group editor of the department. During his 18 years at DC, he edited over 700 books featuring the DC Comics characters, including coffee-table books, novels, and children's books.

Among the notable books he has edited are 75 Years of DC Comics (2011 Eisner Award winner); Batman: The Ultimate Evil by Andrew Vachss; Jack Cole and Plastic Man: Forms Stretched to Their Limits by Art Spiegelman and Chip Kidd (2002 Harvey award winner); Wonder Woman: The Complete History (2001 Eisner award winner); Truer Than True Romance by Jeanne Martinet.
