ZAN'S LITTLE COMIC-CON DIARY: FRIDAY
[Spectrum, Posted 7/28/07]
Once again, we take a little time machine trip and journey back to yesterday... Use the Gay Agenda to get the scoop on what's going on the rest of the weekend at Comic-Con! Stopped by the "othership" (that was a typo, but I kinda like it!) in the morning and helped get set up. I tried to channel my dad, packing the car for a family trip, in order to consolidate and get everything to fit and still be accessible when we needed it. I think the solution is for y'all to buy all of our inventory so…

ZAN'S LITTLE COMIC-CON DIARY: THURSDAY
[Spectrum, Posted 7/27/07]
Here's a rundown of all the stuff I did yesterday... Use our Gay Agenda to check out all the stuff that's happening at Comic-Con! I stopped by the Prism Booth first thing to help set up and it felt like coming home again. Seeing the big banner unfurled for another Comic-Con always makes me happy. And every year the booth is packed with even more great stuff; a particularly fun addition this year is an assortment of t-shirts, including Glen Hanson's homage to the Golden Girls. But with all the…

"PSYCHO PATH"
[Queer Eye on Comics, Posted 7/9/06]
I recently went to a Comedy Central show in Hollywood to see Omega Men writer Andersen Gabrych perform. Named the “Hottest Gay Comic Book Writer” by OUT Magazine in its June issue (it’s true--check out his profile!), the talented and witty Gabrych poked fun at the title and segued into some stories about his dating experiences. Turns out he was overweight as a kid and had a psycho girlfriend—hey, me too! Like Gabrych, I switched to men after that “youthful straight phase,” but I…
